i bought this weeks before thanksgiving for this heavy turkey i got. We had to go to a party and brought food and i used the pan to hold the food but of course getting it back. I put the food down and got my other pan of food, next thing i know it was gone. The party ain’t even start yet. Just took my pan. I guess it was that good. had to rate based on the amount of weight and the ability to transfer

I use these turkey roasting trays to make baked sliders! You press seasoned ground beef into an even layer in the tray. Bake for 20 ish mins at 350. Remove from oven and drain the grease. Keep meat in pan and add the top half of sliced rolls (Hawaiian buns or dinner rolls). Brush buns with melted butter or honey mustard, sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Put tray back in oven 5 mins to twist the buns. Remove from oven, place meat on top of bottom buns. Slice into squares following the bun tops. WAY easier than shaping and cooking 12 individual sliders. Easy cleanup, no mess, all good!

I was worried if this was sturdy enough for a turkey, as I usually get the pan with metal reinforcement underneath, but couldn’t find those. Did the job great with large turkey. Very sturdy, highly recommend!

Very solid pan to use in my smoker for Thanksgiving Turkey! I have an 18.5 Weber Smokey Mountain that I used to smoke a 15lb turkey on Thanksgiving. I had to fold up the corners of this pan a bit to ensure it fit into the smoker, but the food pan itself is not flimsy or thin. Will order more for future turkeys
