A little tricky, but kids can figure it out in under a minute most of the time. Make sure your hands and the handles are clean, use alcohol if you have to, and make sure the bowl is on a steady surface.

Not easy to use. Thought it would be a great demonstration to show kids but you need an immediate reaction for that. Not as easy to do as they make it seem. Especially for the price. I had to send or back
