The smaller end fits perfectly for my residential hinge. Sure you can do the same job with a plier, but this tool helps doing the work more evenly across the hinges and less potential for damaging the wall/trim near the hinge.

This door hinge adjustment tool is just what most people need but don't even know it. Usually when you have issues with a hinge you try to take the door off, undo the screws, try to get it right but keep failing. This tool makes it extremely easy to get the results you need without ever taking the door off or touching the screws. This tool grabs the hinges and is able to pull or bend them towards the frame or away from it. It has two of the most common sizes used in door hinges and makes getting them aligned fast & easy. This tool is only good for residential door hinges, not heavy-duty commercial grade ones. You will never remove a hinge again, just have this tool on hand and ready for use. It slides over the hinge edge and begins to work immediately. I very highly recommend this tool for all home owners.

This tool was effective in adjusting a bedroom door that had difficulty closing. It took a few minutes to figure it out to make sure I was using it correctly, as my initial go at it actually started bending the hinge in a bad way. After a quick video I was all set and my door was properly adjusted in minutes. Someone else commented about living in the desert southwest (AZ) which I do too, and this tool fit my interior doors just fine. The tool is solid and should last.

I put it to use right away, fixing a door at my mom‘s house. I found that it works best if you do half the hinge at a time. The door to her guest bathroom had always bugged me because the reveal at the top was slightly closer than the reveal at the bottom. The latch wouldn’t catch. After about 30 seconds with this tool, the door now works perfectly. I’m happy to have it in my toolbox.

This Finsbury hinge adjustment tool is a good tool to have should you ever require adjusting your door hinges (if your door is not properly aligning up with the door frame, and if you're finding it difficult to shut the door or if the door is rubbing against a part of the door frame). The tool is easy to use, and it slides on and off residential door hinges easily.Although the tool appears robust and sturdy, the QC/craftsmanship is lacking. The solder points are messy and not as smooth as advertised photos. It looks a bit sloppy all the way around on both sides. The tool I picked up is for residential use, and this seems to be accurate as the circumference on both sides is on the smaller side. Although my Hinge Doctor products are my main go-to hinge repair/adjustment tools, this will be a more convenient and quick adjustment tool out in the field as I won't need to have to fiddle around with a wrench in some cases.Overall, it's a very affordable option for a hinge adjustment tool when compared to some other offerings. It's functional and useful in cases where you, or a client, have sagging doors.

Effective for making small adjustments on door hinges doors to eliminate sagging doors that may be out of alignment and hard to open/close. This one is for home use and has the two different size heads - for the two most common size hinges used in most homes. A word of caution - this type of hinge adjustment tool can scrape the paint on painted hinges, so some paint touchup may be required after using. This tool is well built with solid construction and can be used over and over again.

This tool appears to be well made and solid. That said, I can't use it because it doesn't fit any of my doors.I live in the American desert southwest in Arizona. My door hinges are very common for this part of the country, but this wrench doesn't fit any of my hinges.Maybe this is a European or Asia door hinges tool? I don't know, but the tool opening won't fit over the head of the hinges. That information may be useful to someone out there looking for a hinge wrench.
