I rebuilt my mother's "dead" laptop using this kit. It's an expert-level job but you can find a video online that shows the whole process. I'll say keep track of all the original screws. You don't get new ones here, and they are all different sizes and you need to remember which goes where. Some a tiny like grains of rice. Take video or lots of pictures.In the end I saved her laptop for a very low price and a couple of hours time.
