Why do we need to use it ?

Manytimes, we are not aware of being in a state of hypoxia, which triggers a number of manifestations. An oximeter can quickly measure your blood oxygen level anytime, anywhere, and you can take quick action to counteract it.

Why does no data appear ？

When inserting the finger into the oximeter, the surface of the nail must face up. If it is not fully inserted, this may cause measurement errors. Fingers that are too cold to bend, fingers that are dry, and nails that do not have foreign objects on the surface (nail varnish, sweat, etc.) can prevent the measurement from being taken.

SpO2 & Pulse Rate not stably

When the product receives infrared light, the blood flow rate will slowly increase, you can feel the blood flow rate at the finger speed up until stable, then the data will be stable. Bright light, insufficient depth of finger placement or movement during measurement may also cause unstable data.

Why is the same hand measured differently on different fingers ?

Measuring fingers are recommended to be between the middle three fingers, as the blood flow area varies with each measurement, as long as the value is within the normal range, it is normal. The measurements are accurate and reliable under standard procedures.

Works well for my husband but does not work well for me due to my longer nail length. We tested this theory on my Mom and son. Worked on my son with short nails, not my Mom with longer nails. 2 stars for that reason.

Pro: usb recharge, two lanyards (1short 1 long), nice colorCon: the screen is just a small section - it's not edge to edge. My other battery powered oximeter is wide fulls the screen/top which allows you to see readings edge to edge and info is large. This is almost width of a pencil

I have multiple O2 sensors and this one is the worse in accuracy. It's too bad because not having to use batteries was a great quality of this sensor.
