I installed the new base unit and Handset only to find out that the Handset software must be upgraded and I must send it to Raymarine since I'm using it in a standalone mode. WHY would you sell a brand new product that right out of the box that needs to be upgraded!!!Trying to get in touch with someone that isn't in a call center is impossible!!!VERY disappointed in Raymarine!
