I am ISO the "right" knee pads for pole. I cannot say these are "it."The color is wonderful.The fit is questuonable a: XXL kinda rolls/eases down and XL is a bit unflattering from the back (knee pit) due to the fat bulge from tightness.The grip does not exist. I would pay $50 for grip AND color but not just color.The padding is great.My $7 knee pads on clearance at a big box store were better than these. They had great padding plus they were slip on PLUS a velcro strap. Too bad a I lost them and have not seen them elsewhere.

I’m soooo happy with these knee pads. I was in search of knee pads that would match my dark skin tone. These are a perfect fit and they arrived so fast.

I ordered a M cacao. I am 5’1, 130 lbs with curves. I actually measured my knee before ordering and the sizing is accurate. I don’t feel like they are going to fall down and they’re not too tight or cutting off circulation. Are they thicker or more sturdy than regular knee pads? No. Are they grippy? No. But I haven’t seen any other dark brown knee pads and I like that they are close to my skin tone.

These are a nice colour for medium to dark brown skin girls but the fit is awful. I got Large and its so small and tight to the point where it was hard to even get if over my calf. Takes forever to put on and then you constantly need to adjust them because they are so painful. I tried wearing them for 30min in pole class and now the back of my knee is in pain and bruising where they were.On top of that the packaging arrived with some sort of sticky liquid on it.So dissapointed because it's hard to find something in this skim colour. I would NOT recommend if you have even an average amount of thigh/calf fat or muscle.Wish I returned it.

I used to have velcro knee pads and they got very annoying having to re-strap them during dance. These knee pads stay tight and are great with movement. Definitely recommend

They are very comfortably and the color matched my skin perfectly. Not as grippy as I’d like because I use it for pole fitness but still nice
