I got this for my son-in-law who's working on his home gym. It was a perfect addition! He loved that he could fill it with whatever he wanted and I think he used sand. It really helps his work out! My husband loves this punching bag! It's super affordable and helpful to me use for skills. Comes with a lot , and putting oatmeal in it for bulk was best option.

Ok this is actually pretty awesome. The punching bag is huge and super thick material the gloves fit perfectly and the hand grips are a bonus . This set is really fantastic I love it . Now when I wanna 🤛 something I have my answer haha definitely worth the money

Bought this for my teenage son for a Christmas gift. He is very hard on his stuff. I was very impressed as soon as I opened it the quality is absolutely wonderful and I think it's going to last quite a while. Kids got a whole bunch of new clothes for Christmas so they went through their old clothes I shoved it full of old clothes and it's perfect.

For the value you pay for this it is fantastic functionality wise. It’s exactly what we thought it would be. I would say it’s a great set up for someone new to punching bags. It gets you everything you need to get started. Make sure you research what kind of feeling you would like to get a note that you do need to buy filling for it. However, for the value, you’re paying the empty bag the rope the gloves all of it is a great value.

Was super excited about getting this for my son. All looked great and bag was easy to fill and hang. But just a day after giving to my son (15 y/o) one of the gloves has ripped at the fingers and is no longer usable. This was disappointing.
