The MT2.7TWB-4 horn tweeter is a high output competition grade motorcycle audio solution. You can dramatically increase sound output with some little modification in your UTV, 4 wheeler, Slingshot, or Motorcycle with very little space.
Our new MOTO Series (MT) super tweeters feature a new short horn design to provide a nice finishing touch to custom motorcycle audio system without taking up much space. These products are available in two sizes and feature flexible mounting options for easy installation.
Designed for custom motorcycles, this new tweeter provides the extreme high output with very little modification to keep up with multiple high efficient speakers.
Depending on the thickness of your baffle, there are two flush mounting options. Its front ring and tightening tool can be used to mount it in installations with limited space.

This small 2.75″ horn tweeter is built to handle 140 watts and is capable of astonishing high frequency performance. 107 dB sensitivity at 1w/1m.
A capacitor is included for protection from damaging frequencies at high power. Mounting hardware and a tightening tool are included.
Another unique feature of the MT2.7TWB-4 is its two mounting options for flush mount without having the treads exposed. You have the option to flush mount on thin baffle cutouts and be able to tighten it from its slotted front ring on more space constrained installations.
Its unique 10 mm trick front ring and a rubber gasket help securely mount the tweeter without exposing its treaded barrel. They are small enough to easily drop into existing fairing gauge holes on your motorcycle.
Due to the premium materials used in its construction, such as a titanium diaphragm, a high-temperature 1.4” voice coil, and a strong neodymium magnet motor, this produces a remarkably high frequency.

Not only does this driver look as good as it sounds, but it is also able to take a ton of power! Up to 140 watts of power handling are on tap with a 12 dB/octave crossover at 6,000 Hz.

Worth the price! I ran through a few sets of tweeters. They all couldn't handle any power. My crossovers are set correctly, but they all blew. So far so good. They are super loud. No distortion. You get what you pay for!

I am familiar with this style of tweeter. So I knew what I was getting before purchasing. These are tough and built incredibly well. Always have the potential to exceed limits and get very loud and clear. They function great on motorcycles and larger sound systems. The threaded flange makes it very simple to set up and install. They come with a high frequency capacitor to block and bass freq from damaging the voice coil. This particular brand isn’t expensive but a little higher prices than some similar brands but they have quality coils. You will definitely want to use these on a aftermarket amplifier to get them sounded how they are meant to. Stock audio systems will work but are not going to power them enough to really bring them out.

This speaker delivers loud, high-quality sound, excelling in high frequencies (4KHz and above) and performing well under stress. Screaming, haven't installed permanently yet on my motorcycle but did power it up and it screamed around 80 watts or so, I will be putting more power to it when installed permanent just didn't want to put any distortion to it by accident so played it safe. Comes with it's own filter to keep it from playing lower frequencies that will blow the tweeter. I recommend you use the filter/bass blocker/capacitor. It's a 6000hz blocker so it blocks frequencies below 6000hz. Tweeter is rated at 140 watts rms, but gets plenty loud enough with less power

Wow is this thing super super durable. The construction of the Tweeter is made of full steel and weighs a lot letting you know it will last a long time. The sound quality blew me away and it was some of the cleanest audio I have ever heard. It comes with a hi-frequency filter allowing you to filter out the lows and only have the Tweeter play those crisp highs. It has great value for money and functions perfect. It was easy to setup and looks amazing. Definitely recommended!

This speaker does a great job of clearly reproducing high frequencies (think 4KHz and up). It sounds crisp and clear, and tremendously loud at close range, nicely suited for its intended use on a motorcycle.I didn't actually use it there, I used it to upgrade a karaoke machine with this, a new woofer and a more powerful amp to make a powerhouse audio platform.
