These are ok I guess.The padding on the hips are a little far forward for my taste and the material is really thin when compared to other brands like macDavids.I guess these will work for my needs, but I think my next pair will be name brand.

used these for aggresive inline, makes your lower body swaet more though so just be aware of that. i am 150 lbs went with the large and fit fine. a bit restricting though for experianced riders, i need them regardless.

I purchased these padded compression shorts for my twelve year old basketball player. Having a previous hip bruise, the shorts really helped him heal and prevented any additional injuries to his hips. Once he realized that many of the NBA and NCAA players wear similar shorts, he didn't give me any push back. I would recommend.
