Naught this for my work walker talkie and so far I haven’t had any issues with it. I can hear clearly and it works with the Motorola walkie talkies.

Have reordered five times because I use them like crazy working at the car wash because they get wet. I keep reordering because they arrive fast and are cheap, but 3/4 of the ones I ordered more recently have been dead on arrival, either the earpiece is already dead/quiet or the microphone doesnt work.Update: ordered another pair feb 17 and the microphone is dead already as of march 8.

I haven't had the chance to fully test them on the job yet, but I've tried them on my work radio and they fit, and the sound quality seems to be pretty good so far. Will most likely have an update. Update: I have used it at work and it actually seems better than the original headset that came with the radio. Would recommend.
