They did fit snuggly in my ear and didn't fall out ever, but if you're hard from hearing then these aren't for you. Even with the radio turned up all the way, the earpiece sounded like it was far away. I would have to repeat calls, which wasn't good.

Once I figured out how to properly wear these they fit quite well. I use the large size and have no issues with the ear piece coming out. While I am able to hear external sounds with this from the ear in which I am wearing. It is sometimes hard to hear the radio when there is higher level of ambient noise. Looking for a pair with the ear bud integrated as well. Although, I bought these because the single ear bud irritated my ear after a while. These are not noise canceling and aren't advertised as such.

These are...well, meh.Sound quality is good and they don't block out all external noise like the standard earpiece so that you can actually hear people speaking to you when you're wearing them, which is great.Comfort level though...not great. I tried every single size and some days they fit great and they're comfortable, some days I can't pull the darn things out fast enough.

Super comfortable for a long 16 hr shift. Even held up through fights and weather amd whatnot. Sounded pretty good too, felt like I could hear dispatch better

The different sizes that come are great and you should easily be able to find your size. You should even have extra for back up incase you lose one. If you use these on the proper headset they should fit snug and not fall out. Quality is great and fit is great.

Have been using one piece for about 2 and a half months now. I haven't seen any of the defects others are reporting. It was a decent price to find out which size fits my ear. I can easily go 10 hour shifts without discomfort. Will definitely buy more. It also allows you to still be aware of your surroundings as it doesn't block your hearing like the plug style nubs. 10/10

Bought these cause the ones proved by my job won’t go into my ear because my ear canal is too small. The smalls ones are a good fit but slide out really easy. So that’s the only downfall for me. Other than that they are comfortable and I can hear everything coming over my radio well.

You get what you pay for. Three sizes so you should be able to get the right fit. So far they’re like any ear piece. If you don’t clean them they’ll start losing sound. I find the medium comfortable. Easy to install and take out for cleaning.
