One downfall, they will randomly fall out when sticking tissue in your nose and turning it these are the longer ones. Other than that love these. It was a bit tough getting them in but with the guidance of my earring it was very easy. Love the size, color, and how many you get makes these worth the price. No missing pieces as I know of.

Not sure how any one would be able to fit these in there in the nose. I put 4 pairs in my ear,now only have three, lost one putting my shirt on. Lost about five them trying to put them in my ear cause they are so small. But they are really cute once in

They do not stay in, they come out and the backs are not interchangeable you have to use the exact back of each earring or it does not even slide in. I asked for a replacement and they charged me for both.
