Really liked this, but the jewel came unscrewed from the stem much too easily. Noticed before it was too late the first time, and didn't the second time and lost it. Only had it a week 😥

It’s super cute but stays flipping over. It never stays the way it’s supposed to sit bc the weight balance I guess

I was very excited about this labret, it’s very pretty and looked super high quality. Easy enough to put in and a great size for my Medusa piercing. It felt like it would have been durable. However, the top did not tighten down all the way and by the end of the first day wearing it, it had fallen out never to be found again :/ Made it feel like a waste of money :(

These are really pretty but easy to unscrew. I almost lost the gem a few times while wear it. I wish it was a push in mechanism.
