Eliminated my snoring , helps me sleep through the night . Feel rested in the morning . Glad I gave it a shot was doubtful it would work but works great !

I've been using these tapes for three months now and intend to continue. I frequently would breathe through my mouth while sleeping, often resulting in a dry mouth and throat discomfort during the night or upon waking -- and also occasional snoring, so I was told. These tapes seem to have solved both problems. The adhesive is "Goldilocks perfect" -- not too weak, not too sticky, just right to last through the night but cause no irritation or discomfort when removing. I have too say I was a bit concerned about difficulty breathing if I developed a stuffy nose, but so far that has not ben a problem, and in any case the tape comes off easily enogh if needed. It does feel a bit odd the first night or two but at this point I'm very comfortable with it -- highly recommend it if you experience mouth breathing or snoring problems -- just say "Good Night" before you put it on.

I am a skincare freak so every night I do wash and heavily moisturize my face (slugging). That being said I do my routine an hour before bed so my skin has time to absorb my moisturizers and creams, so when I use these mouth tapes I’ll take an alcohol made and wipe around the areas I know this will be sticking. Almost nothing with stick to your face if you don’t clean and dry the area well, especially something that’s meant to keep your mouth closed.Put some overnight balm on your lips (not on top of your lip line/outline), fold/rolls your lips inward and place the tape. You should not be applying this to puckered or exposed lips. Curl them in first and make sure the skin where your tape is going to placed is clean and dry. I prefer to use alcohol wipes or alcohol on a cotton ball/whip bcs it’s easier to control the spots I want to remove excess moisture from. These are easy to use, don’t make it hard on yourself.I did fall asleep fast and I slept better. This didn’t irritate my skin or leave any residue. It’s a great value for what you get and Im probably going to stock up on these before the price gets ridiculous.

This upgraded version of their mouth tape seems to adhere better, and the protective backing is much easier to remove when you are getting ready to get on. I would caution about getting the mouth taped, too close to your nose as it will irritated, and I would recommend putting Chapstick on your lips and putting the tape on in such a way that it does not actually adhere to your lips. I use this in conjunction with my CPAP machine and keeps air leaks for my mouth from happening. I have had to remove these occasionally during the night when I needed to clear my throat or take a drink to alleviate dry mouth. Otherwise, this is a good product.

Perfect size, and they don't pull on your skin like some of the OTC "gentle" or "paper" tapes do. I've had others that actually leave a mark on my thin skin, but these do not. Will purchase again.
