It stays on well and doesn't irritate my skin, but it leaves a ton of residue every morning that is difficult to remove.

Very good adhesive but left some residue upon removal. Second night I had to remove due to skin irritation. I have sensitive skin so these may work for some people. Returning unused pieces.

This tape doesn’t leave any residue when you take it off and it typically stays on all night. I really love this tape because I snore and it has helped to decrease that a lot.

Sooo happy with this mouth tape. I’ve tried different mouth tapes over the years because I have sleep apnea. But I’m so happy that I found these. They stick on very feel they stay attached for hours and it isn’t painful to peel off in the morning. Well be purchasing more.
