Just charge, turn receiver and mic at the same time to pair and plug receiver into laptop using the USBC end and its ready. I can play the music and speak at the same time. Works really great.

3 IN 1 WIRELESS MIC BY PQRQP is pretty good for the cost.Very easy to use and to setup. Just press the button on the adapter. Once you see the lights going from red to green then press the button on the mic. If you see a solid green light then its' pared. Pretty simple. I do however get a buzzing sound when using the 3mm to the camera. I don't get this with the cell phone.
