Very happily surprised given how cost effective this product is...- BOTH USB-C and Lightning- Small form factor Mics with strong magnets- CHARGING PORT ON THE PHONE RECEIVERS !!! (this is HUGE as I did not see this in the decription and it was my only worry)- Good clarity, noise reduction, and range- Case is very handy and fits ALL the parts- Easy to learn and use - instructions are simple- connected IMMEDIATELY to my phone receiver- Price with all the features is AMAZING compared to the competitive products I've usedThe only things I want in the next version: USB-C charging port ON the Mic rather than proprietary cable, which I'm very worried about losing... and I hope I can change the Reverb feature strength in future versions - maybe through an app.

Summary:Would recommend to those that want clear recordings at a price that won't break the bank.Reliable, high-quality recordings. Attractive. Good price to quality ratio. Liked it enough to buy a second set for my husband to use in his business.Pros:- Works with iPhone and Android. They provide two different attachments.- Works right out of the box. No apps, etc needed.- This had the best quality sound of all the other microphones of same price or lower price that I tried through Amazon. Crisp and clean. It's obviously not $1000 mic quality, but it is absolutely good enough for professional YouTube videos, etc. *This was the most important aspect for me, thus why I am giving 5-Stars despite the cons below, because it delivers on its most important promise.- I LOVE that you can use these interview style (two mics, connected to one phone). And it works immediately, no fiddling required with Bluetooth etc.- I LOVE that you can easily toggle how sensitive the mic is (aka, how quiet or loud your recording will be). And yes, you can actually tell the difference between the three sensitivity levels!- The aesthetic of it looks very classy on video and is less distracting- The magnetic backing is strong and holds tight. It also solved my problem of drooping collars (from clipping a mic on) and it works well with lightweight, draped blouses.- The fluffy cover does a great job of filtering out "tsks" and other mouth sounds.- The storage case is actually really nice. It's a hardshell, easy to open and close, looks good, and isn't too big— so that I can always keep it handy in my purse or laptop bag.Neutral:- I use the clip-attachment if I want to hold the mic in my hand rather than attach to my shirt. The clip is big enough for me to hold on to (medium female fingers). If you want to hold it all the time, one with a handle may suit your needs better. I don't want to hold mine all the time, and prefer the minimal aesthetic, so it works for me.Cons:- The clip-style attachment doesn't work that well for the design of the mic. It droops pretty heavily when attached to a collar, so perhaps the design could be tweaked to better balance the weight.- It uses a proprietary charge cord, which means you can't use any old USB-C charge cord. If you lose the cord, you'd have to contact the company. *They do provide a code in the box to receive one additional charge cord for free and extend the warranty to 2 years.- You have to take off the fluffy covering to charge it. And you have to lift the fluff to find the yellow button to turn it on (I do appreciate they made it yellow and not black! Does back the button immediately noticeable).- The fluffy cover is fiddly to get back on.- Where other mics are one piece, this mic has three pieces to keep track of. I already somehow lost the magnet attachment/backing for one of the mics :( But that's my fault.
