The 50PFLEXW Pneumatic 18-Gauge L-Cleat Adjustable Hardwood and Engineered Flooring Nailer is the perfect nailer for installing vertical and horizontal bamboo, Brazilian teak, hickory, cherry and other similar wood species. From its cast aluminum body, anodized aircraft aluminum internal parts and specialized U-cup seals, this flooring nailer embodies Powernail reliability and our commitment to excellence. The 50PFLEXW features an adjustable FLEX foot that easily adjusts from 3/8 in. (9.5 mm) to 3/4 in. (19 mm) without using shims or pads.

This nail gun has been incredible. Its very durable with a solid metal construction. The adjustable base was easy to use and comes with allen keys for securing the foot height. My only criticism of this product is that it arrived with several triangular plastic base guides that were over tightened and had cracked. Thankfully it came with a replacement set. Other than that, my experience with this tool has been flawless.

This nailer (cleater?) is indestructible, easy to use, easy to service. I have installed over 2500 square feet of 3.4" ipe in my house and this nailer is perfect. Incase you don't know, ipe is so hard that you cannot face nail it or even use an 18 gauge pneumatic nailer on it. I did have to use subfloor adhesive for the first and last 3 courses because the nailer doesn't work that close to the wall but for everything else this nailer is flawless. my only complaint is that the hammer that comes with is not the best option, I use a 3 pound dead blow hammer instead.
