Unit arrived in a huge box and assembly was pretty easy since I only had to install the main bracket to the rear of the mower with the 4 included self tapping bolts and the holes lined up perfectly. After I got the rest of the parts installed, I took it for spin around the yard and it did a really good job picking up clippings. After reading some reviews other people posted about it clogging or not picking up properly, the reason for that is because of the type of blades they are using. Mulching blades can make it difficult to pick up clippings since it mulches them up into millions of small pieces. I am just using the normal mower blades that came with my mower and that may be the answer to having good luck with the bagger system. One more thing I will add is that this bagger is a universal type and not a Poulan Pro made item, but it works pretty good and everything fits properly. I highly recommend this bagger!

Very well made. It fit exactly my Poulan 42" tractor and took me not time to install. I would of like the bags to be bigger than they are.

I purchased this bagger for my Ariens lawn mover (Model: 93605200/A22H42) and it fit perfectly! The chute fit perfectly onto the mowing deck without having to attach the extra bracket that was included. My mower did not already have the shoulder bolts (included) installed, and I had to add them to the back of the mower to hold the support bar. You will need a ratchet for this, as it is a very tight fit, and the bolts will not go in by hand. The welds on the brackets seem fine, as opposed to other reviews I’ve read here. I will update with any future issues, but getting them rewelded isn’t a huge issue, if need be. Compared to other baggers (especially for Ariens!) this is at a great price point. The entire install took me about 15 minutes, and I got to collecting the beginning of Leafageddon 2018. As pictured, I still have dead spots in my years from where Fall got the best of me last year and I am thrilled with this bagger. It is mentioned in the manual/instructions that the first time using this will collect a LOT of old debris and grass clippings, and the bags will fill much faster than they will on a continual basis. The city I live in has a truck that collects loose leaves, and I will be able to empty them onto the curb for collection, but the bags included with the system would be perfect for lining with bags.Because of the way the leaves and clippings exit the chute into the bags, the bag on the left fills up first, and it spills over into the other bag.I will say, the red “flow indicator” doesn’t indicate anything. It is supposed to be rotating as clippings move through the chute and stop when it is full. I have yet to see it rotate. However, I simply reach back and check the bag on the right with my hand to tell when it has filled up.I was skeptical about purchasing this, but am so glad I did!

The bagger works great. Unfortunately the box arrived without user manual and also without screws to attach the mounting bar to the tractor. I was told by the manufacturers customer service that it should have been part of the package. It took me another 26.- Dollars and a run to the local equipment store to get it mounted.

everything was as expected however there was a missing bolt off the rubber strap that connects the blower shoot. luckily i have plenty off extra bolts. with that minor hiccup it works very well. Amazon owes me $.25.

I bought this a few weeks ago to put on my 42" Poulan Pro riding mower. I have about 13 trees on my property, and the leaves started falling early this year. Normally, I use my Stihl hand-held leaf vac to group the leaves and vacuum them up. The Stihl works well, but I quickly get frustrated at how frequently the bag fills up and must be emptied.I was a little worried about how well the bagger attachment might work on leaves, but my concerns were very quickly alleviated. I have used the bagger on four occasions thus far, and this thing works amazingly well. It has turned my riding mower into a lawn vacuum. It picks up leaves, grass clippings, and even sycamore bark. The dual-bin bagger holds an impressive amount, and I can cover my 1/3 acre lot and only have to empty the bins three times, which is an incredible improvement over my other leaf vacuum. The bins are incredibly easy to remove and empty, and the bottom of each bin has an integrated hand strap that allows you to shake the bin very easily.I bought the unit with the soft-sided bins, which stretch to hold a bit more than the solid-side bins. The unit required no assembly. The bagger simply rested on bolts on the back of my mower, and the tubes that connect it to the mowing deck are held in place by a series of rubber straps with metal hooks on the end.The door on my storage shed is only 48" wide, so I have to remove the tubes from the bagger each time I'm finished - to fit the mower in the shed. However, the process only takes about 30 seconds. I couldn't be happier.Clean-up is amazingly simple, too. Just hose the thing off, and it looks as good as the day I unpacked it. The soft-side bins allow water to pass right through them, so you can easily wash out any minute leaf dust that's trapped in them after they have been emptied. My only criticism of the unit is the "full bag" indicator on the vacuum tube. It's simply a little red wheel that rotates when the bag is filling. The wheel is supposed to stop rotating when the bag is full. The problem is that by the time the wheel stops rotating, not only are the bags full, but the discharge has backed all the way up through the tubes to the mowing deck, which means that (after you have emptied the bins) you also have to disconnect the tubes and clean them out as well. If you don't, even though the bins have been emptied, the tubes are clogged and no discharge can make its way to the bins. This is a minor criticism. I've learned to periodically glance behind me at my mowing line. If anything is left behind me, I know that the bins are full. I highly recommend this product. If you have a lot of trees (like me), this thing will save you hours of time in the Fall...
