My husband had gastric surgery so has a specific amount of food he is allowed to eat. This scale has been wonderful for us when eating out! It fits perfectly in my purse, so we just carry it around all the time. I don’t think it would fit in a clutch, but mostly purses it would.It allows him to measure how exactly the ounces he is able to eat without being sick. Before, he would have to eye it, and so would always undereat rather than risk getting sick. Now he is able to enjoy his meal more freely.

Scale is extremely portable and easy to use. My one complaint is I wish it had a backlight as the units of measure are difficult to see at night.

I'm so happy with this scale that I am buying a second one so I can weigh my food at work at lunch. I lost 75 pounds and am looking to keep it off for good. I weigh, measure and record everything I eat to maintain my weight and my blood sugar levels. I'm a diabetic and food accountability is critical for my health and well-being.This scale weighs in multiple measurement units. I can make my salad and tare the scale after each ingredient. I use ounces for the vegetables and then I can tare and switch to milliliters for the dressing.It also uses the same batteries as my glucose meter which is also convenient as they are readily available and easily changed.My only complaint is that bowls aren't very stable on the criss-crossed base. But overall this is a minor inconvenience.

I am on prep for my first bodybuilding competition, so we always have to weight my food in and outside of the house. It makes it so much easier to carry it if I have to weight something quick out of the house and it’s not like a bulky scale so it is easy to pull out of your purse without anyone nothing LOL love and totally recommend
