I purchased it from another online vendor, in June 2022. In September of this year, the phone randomly froze. I factory reset it, but some functions wouldn't work. In October, it randomly froze again. It has a pretty style, I will not purchase this model again.

These need to be programmed to your system and it isn’t easy. I would recommend you just buy direct from your phone company

Phones were shipped preconfigured for a different platform. All had to be factory defaulted (preconfigured with an unknown password) just to clear out the configuration and have access to reprogram. Total waste of time.
