I am finishing my theater in my basement and wanted to add a channel of led separating my areas. I decided on these aluminum channels and the quality is very nice. They are aluminum and can be bent out of shape with too much force. I didn’t have a problem with the install but would recommend using tape for sure to get the smoothest finish.I had a good idea how these worked and a quick YouTube video helped me get these installed. They could have had some better instructions but it’s a good value for the money. They look great and I would recommend

I recently remodeled my whirlpool tub area with LED channel corner beading but was missing some edge-bordered areas. These really well made aluminum edge-style, plaster-in LED channels by GOOLAMA fit the bill perfectly. Fortunately, I do drywall work so I am fully experienced in the art of installing any corner and "edge" related metalwork. Having RGBW strip lights "built-in" to the edges surrounding the tub is going to take our whirlpool tub experience to a new level. This LED channel looks good and has even diffusion. It's my first time using plaster-in channel, though, and it would have been nice to have a little more explanation.

The size of the channel is just perfect to get an amazing look for your bedroom or in any room you want then and they are very easy to install,I think I’ll definitely recommend it .

I ordered these for use in a gaming desk build. They arrived well packed and undamaged. The aluminum is perfect for my use, where it is solid enough to be pretty durable but light enough to hang easily. That said, it is aluminum and not steel, any good impact with anything or even hard finger pressure would likely deform the channel. That is expected though. Fit and finish is excellent and these take spray paint perfectly, I would assume indoor wall paint would go on just as well. Can highly recommend these.

These are decent aluminum extrusions. With a milky white plastic cover. Designed to finish flush with your drywall. I did notice if you try to mud them in directly they crack a little but it’s easily solved with some fiberglass mesh tape along the edges. A great modern finished look. Just be careful what size led strips you buy. Some are too wide to fit inside the bottom of this track. The sticky back on the leds was plenty strong to keep it stuck in here

the difuser works well, but the strips I use have a diffuser in them already. enough holes to keep it in place, but not sure if the oversized ones are needed. cutting works well. the endcaps are kinda useless, the wires need to be able to be service thru them and the hole in it is too small for any kind of connector.

The distance from the back of the channel to the top feels like a good amount. I have dealt with other diffusers that put the led too close, leading to hard dots on the cover. This has no problems with that. The cover is also easy to get on and off, and I am not worried about it holding up over time. I can't speak to how well they hold up with plaster, but there is a good amount of screw holes to work with. I am excited to install these once we start closing the walls.
