Saw this specific brand recommended on a YouTube video and I tried it on my truck. My 2015 has been an outside truck year round and the paint was getting very rough, even waxing didn't work. I used this clay bar and in less than one hour my paint felt like glass. VERY HAPPY! It does take a little effort, but well worth it for the results. Definitely recommended!

By far best clay bar I’ve used

It's a good clay bar. Been using this brand and model for over a decade. It may be a bit too mild for some jobs, but it also is really hard to screw up using it. I've gotten really good results. My paint is so unbelievably smooth!

Does not cause micro-marring or scratching of paint (at least when used with CarPro Immolube as I did).I used clay bar on a 3 month old Sprinter before ceramic coating. Paint had some “roughness” to it based on the plastic bag test. I wanted something that would smooth out the paint but not cause any scratching as I didn’t want to have to polish before ceramic coating. It worked exactly as I hoped.Claying smoothed out around 90% of the roughness. I probably could have gotten it absolute glass smooth if I spent more time but a high roof Sprinter has a lot of square footage & took long enough as it was.I used half the bar (in case I dropped it I could keep going with other half) which was still in good shape afterward, but again, Sprinter was very new so didn’t have much actual contaminates to remove.I would definitely buy again. But thanks to the generous size of the bar, I won’t have to for some time to come.

I clay bar my car about every six months to try to maintain the paint. I have used other clay bars before and they never “get dirty” which is why I do it every 6 months. This time I cleaned my car after 4 months as I was curious to use this bar plus new foam canon and soap. I surprise after claying one panel. There was so much “dirt” in the clay. The car feels super smooth and slick after using this bar.

This clay bar is just the right softness. I’ve gotten some too hard. This clay bar is just the right softness to do the job. A little pricey, but I know it will do the job right.

This clay is very fine in terms of abrasiveness. It is effective at removing surface contaminants without worrying of scratching the finish. In my uses, I've found that the clay can be used throughout the year on a vehicle without doing a full-surface paint correction. I just used it on my mother's 1 year-old Subaru (not garage-kept/ lots of environmental fall-out) and did not have to buff the paint afterwords. My process was to wash to remove dirt. Then wash after spraying entire car down with Meguiar's D1801 Wheel and Paint Iron Decon (to remove iron oxide particles). Dried and clayed car with Pinnacle clay. Wipe down with 50:50 Isopropyl Alcohol/Water spray. Seal paint with 303 Graphene. The results were stellar!

This is a really nice clay bar, until you drop it, which I inevitably did after doing just one side of the car. That's when I grabbed my clay towel and finished the rest of the car in half of the time, achieving the same effect. If you just have to use a clay bar, this is a good one, just try not to drop it like I did. I just cannot get on with clay bars, so the towel it is for me from now on!
