I guess it's a great thing this kit is available, yet it shouldn't be necessary. If these cleaning guns were designed with differently, you wouldn't be wearing out both of these parts. I also have the gun with the rotating metal tube which doesn't have the same issue but these do work well until they begin to wear down either the tube or the horn. As long as these replacements are available at a decent price, keep a spare set in your cabinet and clean on!
