This putty/gel is effective in getting in tight spots during a car or office deep clean. It picks up hairs, dirt, and other small pieces that evade a vacuum cleaner or wipe. There is no lasting scent or residue noticeable on the surfaces. The gel itself is not cleanable, so once it's fully used, it's done. But I have found it to last longer than expected. I haven't even opened a second jar yet after fully detailing a vehicle.

This was my first time using something like this and what I learned is that you have to keep your expectations in check otherwise you may be disappointed.Before I used this product, I used compress air on all my car buttons and dash, then I used a vacuum to get what I could and after that I used a microfiber cloth to clean everything as much as I could.After that I still saw some dust and debris around some switches and buttons which all previous three methods missed.I used the slim after that and for the most part it works pretty good. Some spots I tried leaving the slime on for a bit to settle into those hard to reach crevices and other areas I rolled it around like a ball of dough. The latter method seemed to work better.After doing everything mentioned above there were still small areas where none of my techniques worked. So I don't blame this product, I will have to find another way to deal with those areas.As a whole the buttons on my dash and turn signals look much cleaner than before I used this product.I took some 'before' and 'after' pictures of those hard to get into places and remove dust which is an eye sore when everything else on the dash is sparkling clean.I will definetly add this product to my list of car detailing accessories going forward.Coming back to keeping your expectations in check, this is not a one stop solution and there is definetly some prep work involved to get the best possible result. If you enjoy detailing your car, you will not be disappointed. This is a supplement to your cleaning routine and not a replacement of any of the other methods I mentioned earlier.

I'm notorious for eating over my keyboard, so there's no better place to try this out. As you can see from the picture, it does a pretty good job of picking up all the crud. FYI, it does not erase food stains, so I had to use a damp rag after the slime did its thing. All in all the product works as described but a word of caution is needed. After reading the warning label on the side of the jar, I was concerned about what is actually in this stuff. There is no indication anywhere as to what chemicals are contained within. The warning label loses something in translation, but the gist is to not get this stuff in your mouth or in your eyes. I washed my hands thoroughly after using this even though the label says to wash your hands before using. I anxious to see how many times I can use a jar before it loses its effectiveness or picks up too much crud to be effective.

I bought this to clean up small areas in a used car I just purchased. This product is a waste of money and time. It doesn't pick up small particles as it's supposed to. The job can be done much better with a small brush, Q-tips, paper towels, and a non-toxic cleaning solution. Amazon will not back up the product with refunds, but says the seller will refund the purchase price if you pay at least as much in return costs!
