The main tube part is really cheap, the part where the mass airflow sensor connects had bad welds that let air though unfiltered. The filter is cheap junk that will eventually probably implode and bork your engine. Wouldn’t recomend, horrible quality and QC

I have a 10th gen civic hatch and this thing is pretty good for the price. It either came with no instructions or i lost it but i figured it out on how to install. You arent going to gain any hp on a sri and you are chasing sound, just get this. Dont need the more expensive stuff out there like prl, 27won, etc

Well, what started out easy and self explanatory from other air intake removal videos...this turned out interesting. As other reviewer noted and is true. There is a rather large hole on the bottom side of one of the drill mounts for the Mass Air flow sensor. I used JB Weld steel reinforced epoxy to cure that issue. Other thing I found really weird and out of place was the design of the mount on the short pipe. It actually isn't feasible at all to mount unless this is clearly not designed for 2019 Honda Civic Ex Hatchback. So removed a bolt that held a clip in the way that was holding rubber piping. Moved the "mount" into where it will actually stay and bolted the clip back in place. I'm going to replace the filter with a shorter cone to maximize space as this is very bulky. Gets job done though! Very nice swoosh sound. No clue what the extra rubber fitments are for, but they are there for whatever reason. Will supply pictures to hopefully help others in placement of screws and bolts.

Installation was a breeze, though directions would have been helpful. The kit's quality shines, but the unexpected turbo and blowoff valve noise might be too much for some. On the positive side, fuel economy improved slightly, though a tune could unlock more gains. Can't complain with the cost on this kit. It's $300 cheaper than K&N with the same quality. Overall, a well-made product with trade-offs to consider.
