Everything about the product is beautifully designed and reasonable for its cost. However, there's a slight design flaw with how the metal ball remains pushed up so when you tilt it, it leaks.

It was such a good waterer for awhile but after using it for a few weeks it started leaking out everywhere and it doesn’t refill itself even right when I got it it wouldn’t refill all the way at all I had to lift it up so the air bubbles would come up and it would refill it’s honestly useless don’t buy

Needs to be refilled every other day, works great in that it gravity-feeds into a small tray with a filter level so that schmutz doesn't get kicked up into it. We have it on a different level than his litter, so there's limited mess. We tried a few hanging bottles but they got chewed on and leaked. He seems to be able to get more water at a time with this one. Easy refill as you don't have to remove the whole contraption, just the bottle.

I was on the hunt for a water bottle that was of sturdy construction and could be free-standing, as I have a bunny habitat with no way to attach anything to the habitat sides. Additionally, I wanted something as spill and chew-proof as possible. I decided on this one, and am very pleased. Of note, I read many reviews from many products like this one. I was dismayed and frustrated at the negative reviews, particularly regarding leakage and spillage. I decided to order to see for myself and am glad I did!This unit is very well constructed and delivers as promised. I did add a wooden cubby with cut out windows to this habitat in the meantime, and was able to secure the waterer to this cubby. This just added stability, although it was working fine in free-standing mode.Regarding leakage, it is very important to know that the water bowl arm that you have insert into the unit needs to be fully pushed through, so it aligns perfectly with the outer rim of the unit. Once you fill the bottle and turn it upside down to insert into the holder, it does spill a bit of water. This stops immediately once the bottle is properly seated in the unit. I have had no leakage issues whatsoever, I'm happy to report!The little water bowl has a snap-in insert that is specifically designed to eliminate or greatly reduce lapping water droplets spilling over the sides. I can see for a cat, where a very eager drinker could still result in a few drops flying about, but for my bunny, there is no spillage whatsoever from drinking. This insert removes easily for cleaning.And my bunny has no interest whatsoever in chewing on any part of this unit, thus passing a major potential health hazard!No negatives to report; five stars all the way!

I loaded it up and it was perfect...but then I realized no water was coming out to refill the empty bowl. I put it on the counter and made sure everything was secure and it would not refill at all. Not sure what happened but it just doesn't work.

This secures firmly to the cage, dispenses correctly, and holds a half litre of water. Whether or not this will work for you is largely a function of whether you want a more sealed system, or whether the open type dish works for you.Please note that this is really only suitable for cage use and not as a general portable water source for pets... there's really no way to close and transport it. This is a cage feeder only.

Sometimes it just leaks. All I do is take it all apart and clean everything. Then it works for a few more weeks. It could have something to do with the cap maybe. Either way I give it 5 stars

Wir haben dieses Produkt ursprünglich aus der Not heraus für unsere Degus gekauft, um ihnen während kleinerer Ausflüge eine Wasserquelle zu bieten. Anfangs war es eine Herausforderung, da die Degus noch nicht daran gewöhnt waren. Um sie zu ermutigen, haben wir zu Beginn immer etwas Wasser hinzugefügt.Mit der Zeit haben sich unsere Degus an die Tränke gewöhnt und nutzen inzwischen ausschließlich diese. Das hat unseren Alltag erheblich erleichtert, da die Tränke dauerhaft im Einsatz ist und uns viel Zeit spart. Die Anbringung war kinderleicht, und auch das Wechseln des Wassers ist problemlos zu handhaben.Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit diesem Produkt. Es erfüllt seinen Zweck voll und ganz, ist praktisch in der Anwendung und hat ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder kaufen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The water comes out slowly and a small amount comes out at a time . My rabbit is 1 years old so not enough water comes out for her. Water leaks on the floor. Do not buy its kit worth it. Threw in trash so do not have a pic
