I ordered a medium and it came in like a xxxl no refund nothing the sizing charts are way off these coats are meant for giants

I think the coat is great... but the size chart is wildly inaccurate. Based on my chest size, their chart suggested an XL. It's absolutely HUGE on me. My wife joked that we could fit two of me in it. Can't return it because it's personalized. Really unfortunate.

The material is extremely thin so the fabric quality is poor. The embroidery left me at a loss for words. The letters are crooked. The threads are not securely adhered to the cheap fabric. The width of the letters are not all the same. I never write reviews but I made myself find the time because this deserves a photo upload. I am embarrassed to wrap this gift and put it under the tree but it was just delivered today so I have run out of time.I am so embarrassed. I did not expect designer quality but at least expected a reasonably professional looking product.

My son in law loves to cook and I thought this would be a fun Christmas gift. The quality was excellent for the price, much better than I imagined it would be. I had it embroidered with his name and it was very well done. It also arrived earlier than the date given when ordered. I can't wait to give it to him.
