I've elevated my cooking skills over the years and wanted a chef's hat to wear on those special occasions so everyone is aware! It has an adjustable headband, is machine washable and looks ooh la la so professional! Recommended

This is an extraordinarily good Chef's Hat, especially given that at the moment it is priced at $3.90!I am the section leader for Bread at a Manhattan Trader Joe's, and people are always asking for advice about our cakes or brioche or whatever. Wearing this hat, customers are able to 1) laugh at me, 2) find me so they can laugh at me, and 3) ask me any questions they might have about bread. Plus, it sort of goes along with the quirkiness that we love about Trader Joe's. It's amusing when customers or fellow crew members shout "Behind you, Chef" as they navigate our crowded aisles.This is a high quality hat, feels like it's all cotton even though it is a blend. I have no idea how long it will last, but at this price, I'll have plenty of replacements.Highly Recommended!

Aside from the fact that my wife burst out laughing when she saw me with his on, this is a great chef's hat. She has seen me do some strange things over the years, but donning a chefs hat right before bed was still a bit of a shock. When I showed her I got a matching one for my granddaughter, it all made sense. In the meantime, this is made out of quality material and has elastic in the back so all you have to do it pull it onto your head and you are ready to go.

The hat arrives folded neatly in plastic wrap. Once unfolded, it is pleated and can be shaped to create a tall profile chef's had. It has a spandex like piece on one side that allows it to expand and stay tight on someone's head. The material itself is actually a pretty decent white cotton linen, and its comfortable at least to me to put on and wear.To get the maximum height of the hat in front I found I needed to have the seam on the side of my head, rather than in the back - if the seam is in the back, what faces front isn't as tall at the rest of the hat, and gives it a v-like shape. I included pictures both ways, the v-shape should be clear.Overall this is a fine had for a costume or cooking around the house. It is not quite as round and puffy as the listing pictures, but it’s a great hat for having fun!

The pictures and ads are probably all fake or photoshopped. During the item customization, the prompts led me to believe "CHEF" was in all capitals. So I entered the name in all capitals to match... Now I have a Chef hat that has a normal cased word, and an all caps Name. It lookss completely ridiculous, not professional at all. I will making every effort to return this item

It’s a bit too small for an average adult head. Also, I ordered embroidered- it’s not. It’s pressed on. Would not recommend.
