I used this speaker for a replacement in my old SP2xt speaker and it sounds great. It worked so well that I ordered another one for the other SP2xt and they sound better than ever. I only have to turn the volume up about a third of where I was turning it up and they are still louder than the speakers I replaced. Has great bass and all the other instruments are very clear. So far, I have no complaints. If you have an old set of Peavey SP2xt's, these are great replacement speakers. Also, they are very easy to install.

This speaker is one of the best sounding I've ever owned. Kills my MRX 500 JBL's. I used it as a direct replacement for an EV tour X 1152.Buy one

These speakers are the best on the market, i have used almost every brand available, these are the only ones i have used in any cab i built for years and have better results than any other, JBL is not as good in my opinion.
