I used them to trim 3/4" mdf when making a template for my new router lift. I used a 3.5HP Makita and a 1.25HP Bosch palm router. The bits cut smoothly and cleanly at high rpm and show no signs of burning. I know that MDF is hard on router bits but if each of these bits can work reliably on at least 50ft of MDF edge, I'll be happy to replace them at that point and consider it just an expendable cost.

This is a good homeowners set that is sharp, comes in 4 sizes and has a few extra bearings and collars. I'm always dropping one when I go to adjust and having the backups is handy. These are for top down when using a template. I tend to use these using a template and they have worked well on pine, poplar and oak so far. Clean cuts, no hang ups. I like the small cases they come in to help protect against moisture, For the price, they are perfect and high value. I don't expect them to last like the expensive ones but at this price point and limited use, I have no complaints at all. If you need a set to have around, these are it.

These are well made (China) and work well so far. Extra bearings and a wrench are included.This was purchased to cut pvc with a 30k rpm Rotozip using a template. The bit did a clean with the ball bearing against the template.

I ran these hard making some unique butcherblock floating shelves. These worked well and treated me nicely.Make sure you tighten the set screws for the stoppers and everything should be good. Do not trust the factory tightness, I had two slip on me but it was alright in the end.
