Messed up with the cup saw and this unit covered it nicely and keeps its form. Strong definitely worth it.

This is a solid piece of metal that arrived with a quality finish on it. The problem is that it's listed as a 2-inch inner diameter, and I have 2" recessed cans, and this ring does not fit over the clamps. The dimensions of the ring are *not* nominal, they are actual. Be careful when ordering.
