Love it and it saves me money. I use to use paper towel rolls to dry our hands, but now we use multifold paper towels instead.

I had bought a similar one and loved it. But when I returned to buy another, that one was sold out so I thought this would be the same. Unfortunately, it is not as deep as the first, which was 4.2 inches. This one is under 4 inches deep and it holds the trifold towels so tight that they tear when you try to pull them through the slot. It does, however, work fine if you just want to set it on the counter, or remove the top and lift the towels from the top. That's not how I wanted to use it.

This is a convenient paper towel dispenser but falls short of versatility . It has the ability to dispense paper towels from a hanging position or by sitting upright on a counter top. It conveniently dispenses bi-fold paper towels, leaving the next towel in a position of waiting to be pulled from the dispenser.I ordered this item to sit on my kitchen counter and there is a bit of a problem. In this position, it starts out dispensing quite well, but when the level of towels goes down, it requires us to have to reach deeper into the dispenser to retrieve a paper towel. Reaching in can be difficult depending on the size of your hands and fingers. My hands are relatively small and it still takes more effort to reach inside. That is the is when the versatility becomes questionable.We are going to move this dispenser from our kitchen counter to the garage, where we will hang it so that the paper towels fall naturally towards the opening for easy access.This is a minor issue and I still recommend this item.

Very nice. Fit on my small bath wall perfectly. Assembly odd but I improvised left screws off and used 2 sided tape. Looks and functions Great
