The appearance is nice, it’s a dull black. Installation was a little tricky. In order to screw this in place, you have to open it to access the screw holes in the back. But if you open it, it will push the bottom away from the wall. It will be hard for one person since have to manage leveling it too. Although it’s big enough to fill it with 2 stacks of paper towel, with just one stack of paper towel, it was a little hard pulling the paper towels out. Some even rip if your hands are wet or if you pull too fast. I give it a 3 1/2 stars only.

This looks so nice in our office bathroom! I love the darker color and for us, it matches the other hardware in the bathroom. It's easy to mount, easy to refill, and easy to use. You just pop in some of your favorite multi-fold paper towels and you're set! I love the little window on the front so you can see when you're getting low and need to refill. The thickness of the metal feels really nice and there aren't any sharp edges or anything like you'd find on some cheaper dispensers. This one is legit if you're looking for something with a quality build.

I wanted a trifold paper towel holder for the garage and somewhere between the kitchen and the living room so we didn't always have to travel from one end of the house to the other for a paper towel sheet. This commercial paper towel holder worked out great!We adopted a new puppy and having several places for easy-reach paper towels is a must right now; this thing rocks! Would definitely buy again.

This paper towel dispenser is really stylish and great for your business bathroom or even home. I use this in my business and after I remodeled the bathroom this color blends in with it great. It is easy to install and has everything you need to mount it on the wall. It comes with two set of keys. This is a good deal for the price.

This wall mounded paper towel dispenser is solid for sure! It is made of a heavy, thick, ridged metal and mounts easily to the wall. I feel with the quality of the dispenser that it has earned its current (the time of posting my review) price of $29.99. We are actually using ours to hold shop rags and it's working out great for that as well!
