Good overall, but anything more than 1/4 full, and the towels don't come out unless shredded. Ordered two of these for the work bathrooms, and both do the same thing, the sharp edges and undersized opening just rip the towels.

This is a really cheap towel dispenser. It's lightweight and the paper towels tear as you pull them out. Purchased for work and they didn't install right away, so missed the deadline to return. I can't believe the ratings they claim to have on this. You need to stock the paper only part way in order for it to work halfway decent. Really dissatisfied with this purchase.

Using on the lunch sink in the office so we don't have loose rolls of paper towels flying around.Holds 2 bundles of multi fold sheets and the top does not require a tool to open.Very easy to install and looks nice.

Wall i mounted it to is not perfectly flat and this thing doesn't like to bend even just a little, the button on top will not latch and it falls open due to being out of alignment. 4 stars is what it deserves i'd give it less but the round wall is not the products fault it's just cheap with zero tolerance to conforming to a unlevel surface talking 1/16ths of a inch here. Pop a level on your wall see if it bows in or out might not want this unit if you can't find a flat spot. I'm dealing with a 60+ year old building mixed with wallboard and concrete block and it wasn't built to be pretty lol.

Great unit. slightly transparent so you can see the amount of towels left in it. Includes mounting screws. i would have given it 5 stars but the mounting hardware was the issue. The wall anchors were a joke. made a small pilot hole to insert the wall anchors. But the screw simply spun the anchors and would not expand to hold in place. Had to go and buy some better anchors. Then it worked great.

The Kordory paper towel dispenser is very useful and practical. It is very easy to install. You can mount it using the screws & wall anchors, or the adhesive wall mounts. It is very easy to load the paper towels. All you have to do is press the button on top of the holder and fold down the front panel. There is not key to worry about losing or finding when you need it. The dispenser has a large capacity towel bay, and the towels dispense very nicely, when you use the correct size towels. You do have a little flexibility on the size of towel to use, but if the towel size is too large, then the towels might get jammed or tear when you try to pull one out. If the towel size is too small, then you will likely get extra towels each time you dispense, or you might even get a handful of towels with one dispense. Overall, this is a nice dispenser for the price and is worth serious consideration.

Cannot fill it too much. Only half way or the paper towels will be hard to get out.
