It is heavy brass, deep teeth and durable product. Compare other products it makes shorter 4-6 in. downward to ground and hold well with more water horses for my front door.After installation, I have a meter test at 120 psi water, there isn’t any leak of water.It was shipped two days faster than promised.

This replacement spigot is surprisingly heavy duty and good quality. This is meant to fully replace the spigot coming from the house, allowing you to have three hoses where you previously only had one. This comes with the unit and plumbers tape, for a secure seal. We have not experienced any leaking.

What’s nice about this faucet is that there is enough room to work between the two outputs. Opposed to the standard Y valve that can be bit tighter and they always end up busting my knuckles. The large shut off valves make it easy to use. I am able to comfortably rotate them on/ off with one hand. This extension sits away from the wall and allows for easy access all around. I am pleased with this unit so far and hoping the shut off valves continue to work smoothly.

This is a highly durable, sturdy brass faucet. What a difference from the plastic and rubber hose ones I've used before. I live in an apartment with a concrete patio but no soil whatsoever. Until now I have been forced to use a garden hose to reach all of my potted plants. There's only so much control you can have over the force and volume of a hose, especially if you're at different distances of your gardening area. Returning back and forth to adjust the valve at the main water spout/junction is often unreasonable, time-consuming, and just plain annoying. Part of the difficulty with this occurs when different plants require different water amounts and I risk 1) injuring less hardened plants with overbearing force and 2) overwatering those and others given the lack of precision.Enter this split faucet. I can now connect a garden hose on one side for larger plants that are hungrier feeders (such as my brugmansia/angels trumpet, sunflowers, certain tomatoes, etc). I can ALSO connect a drip irrigation meter and system to the other arm of the faucet to better control the amount of water reaching delicate plants. Each arm is equipped with a valve to open or close off the flow of water. This is great, as you can independently control each apparatus you connect. By setting the irrigation system on a timer, I'm able to 'set it and forget it' to a darge degree, leaving me able to use the hose for more intensive watering jobs.Win-win.d10/10 recommend.

Mine was missing one of the green caps that cover the valve handle screws. Aside from that, it appears to be a quality product made from quality materials. I won't know how well it holds up for a few years.
