I love this mat. It's just the right size and it is comfortable to stand on. It has a curl to it because it was rolled up when delivered, but I think over time it will go away.

Wanted to try out another type of shower mat as the ones with suction cups eventually get slippery and weak and then create rather than solve a hazard when they start to slip under your feet. This one seems sturdy and is designed to drain water away and create a firm platform without suction. The mat was far too wide for my tub (maybe it is designed for huge walk-in shower stalls?), but I cut it in half and turned it sideways and it fits in the tub that way. (I'll put the other half downstairs in the walk-in shower stall). It was a bit hard to cut, especially when you get to the middle of a row and it's hard to get the scissors in there, but not insurmountably so. I also observed (not right away, bit eventually) that there are little notches on the plastic connectors to guide you on where to cut. I'm excited to give this new system a try. I'll update this review if I run into any issues.

This is pretty good for my mum’s shower. It is easy to cut to size, and adds cushion and stability when she stands in the shower. It’s not the greatest is you need to put a shower bench or chair in there, though, as it creates a little bit of a .. well a tilt. Once she sits on the chair, it’s ok, but before sitting, it seems a little unstable, due to the deep grooves in tha matt.Water drains through it pretty well, but when you pick it up after a shower, there will be a little water trapped underneath, so I would suggest picking it up and hanging, after each use, rather than leaving it down in the floor of the shower.
