The most useless tool ever do not buy this. The thread is the same as a spark plug and after a few weeks of trouble I figured out that my regular compression kit thread is the same. The o ring on the tip of this tool will fall off after testing the first cylinder rendering the tool unless.

This adapter works on the 6.0 and 6.4 Powerstroke engines and has an 8mm foster fitting(same style as paintball hoses) if you need to make an adapter for a leakdown tester or different gauge. I use it regularly for my job and it works perfectly. The hose piece has solid connections so it's not going to leak or spin in your hands like some other brands.

Works just fine, wish it was either shorter or longer, the current length is just kinda funky in the engine bay but I got at all 8 cyl. On a 6.0l without too much hassle. I removed the fender liner on the passenger side and it's a ton easier

item works great for a 2004 6.0 powerstroke. only problem was getting to cylinders 3-5-7 as the a/c evaporator box is in the way. the rigidness of the hydraulic hose made it hard to get into those glow plug holes, but is was doable. gained access by removing the fender well on passenger side.
