Absolutely amazing, I set these up to do aluminum, does not like the accidental plunge fusion sometimes throws at you, besides that I was able to rapid cut Corian at 30 ipm with almost full slot cutting at only 2200 RPM. Overall I'm highly satisfied and I will definitely pick up a few more.

Phenomenal value carbide. Just used one of these beauties on my cnc router for a 3d carve in poplar. Really impressed how well these cut softwood, very little fuzziness and literally no pullout. I expect these to last a while but when I run out, I won't hesitate to reorder these.

I used these end mills to cut 1/8" and 1/4" thick bars of 6061 aluminum alloy. I was easily able to get at least 5 hours of cutting @ 200% the cutting rate recommended by Inventables out of each bit. The only failure mode I've experienced is bits breaking on the kick-out/ejection of large pieces as they're freed from the bar material. This is to be expected with such small-diameter end mills and does not lower my rating of them. I would estimate the maximum useful cutting time at around 10 hours per bit when used with aluminum, based on the wear I saw. (They also worked well with plywood and ABS.) Am very happy with the price and performance of these bits! (Used with Inventables 12"x12" CNC Router, with DeWalt 611 router running @ 70% speed.)
