I love the replaceable razor blade. This thing is light and not noticeable in your pack. This seriously reduces time when unzipping an animal. Used it last on a Buffalo. After opening the hide I think it’s still sharp enough for another one.

This gutting knife makes gutting and processing easy. Definitely worth having in the butcher kit. Replacing blades and clean up was easy.
