These work perfect for flashlights that have a body diameter between 1"-1.5".The plastic rings it comes with to secure the 1" flashlights are solid. Once tighten down, nothing moves.The quick release feature is great since I can easily pop them off to store my rifle in my case.

The inner plastic rings are not as good as the rest of the offset Ring Flashlight Holder Mount...-1 star for the inner plastic rings are not as good as the rest of the offset Ring Flashlight Holder Mount.The main body of the offset Ring Flashlight Holder Mount is very nice and well made.The plastic inserts that keep from destroying or marring the actual flashlight are "o.k." but not near as good of quality as the rest off the holder mount itself. It works the plastic rings are just of a lower quality than the rest of the accessory. You have to have a flashlight or laser or other similar device installed because the plastic separators will not stay inside the holder mount even when fully tightened to the maximum without an appropriately sized flashlight, laser, etc. While I can understand the design in some ways I do wish the inner plastic ring was big enough to be held in place when in storage as to not lose the rings when they aren't holding anything so as to not be lost or damaged, etc. This is a minor deficiency that really doesn't matter after you have installed the mount and flashlight light, laser, etc. Still overall it tis very nice, overall well designed and very heavy duty especially considering how overall lightweight it is. The items came simply packed in a plastic bubble-wrap bag, each in their own zipper bag. Each holder comes with a pair of Allen wrenches: 0.115 inch for the holder cap screws, and 0.152 inch for the rail adjustment screw. It is precisely as described and pictured.These DO have a quick release attachment; the rail attachment uses a conventional screw on the movable side of the rail interface to adjust the rail tightness - once adjusted to a given rail the quick release lever operates to loosen and tighten the holder to the rail without needing the Allen wrench further.Each 4-piece structure (main body, barrel cap, movable rail, and quick-release lever) of each holder is machined from aluminum, while the screws and nuts are steel. I ordered this to use a flashlight on a quad-rail hand guard, and it's worked out great. I use a vertical grip, and the offset mount allows the light to be positioned in a way that I can easily activate the switch with my thumb. The angle of the offset willow positioning in several ways, so you can customize the position of a light, according to your personal preference. The part and hardware seem to be very well made, so it should last along time and stand up to some abuse over many years.

It came with two, which is pretty nice, so basically $10 each. You're going to need to have a pretty specific flashlight size. The flashlight I am using is not anything fancy, it is polymer. It would not fit with the polymer inserts, but fit nice and snug. the quick release has two springs and an adjustable screw to make it fit very snugly. For the money, it's a decent buy. Not fancy or high end, but it will get the job done.

This flashlight holder mount securely holds a flashlight onto my rifle, so I can clearly see where I'm aiming when it's dark. When I'm finished using the rifle to clear the house if I hear a noise that indicates something might be unsafe, it truly is quick release. It's super easy to set up and really easy to release from the rifle.
