As someone who gets bit by mosquitoes just by thinking of going outside, bug repellent is a MUST for me - especially in hot Texas summers when they grow to be the size of small birds. I cannot stand the smell of traditional bug spray that actually works, and the ones that don’t smell don’t really work. Until I found this magical product. Goes on easily, dries quickly, hardly any smell at all. And, most importantly - it WORKS. I will always stock this in my home.

This product still had a smell to it and the outside bugs grow immune to it after so long. Worked great the first couple of days but after about a week of use the mosquitos started biting my son and me again.

It works but it's very runny. Think I'll stick with lotion or a different gel.No scent which is fine in this case.Very runn, more like a liquid and tends to spill and leak out all over so be prepared for this.Once it's on, I can hardly tell it's there. Not oily or greasy.And it is very effective, as is their picaridin spray.But I don't want to use sprays because they end up in the air and in and on your pets and whatever is around. Good thing picaridin has very, very low toxicity rating, unlike DEET.I guess I'll stick with lotions unless I can find a thicker gel that is as effective and comfortable on my skin as this product.

Less waste! Picardin seems to work better where I live, but both deet and picardin smell like they shouldn't be inhaled. This stuff is much less volatile, much easier to control, elegant.

I ordered this after mosquitoes with EEE and west Nile virus were found in my state. I never got bit by mosquitoes while using the repellent
