The alternator came well packaged except that it referred to a diagram for installation that does not exist. There is a wiring harness with many wires and a separate resistor. but who knows which wires connect to the alternator and which connect to other parts of the tractor. The kit also contains a few mounting brackets but no hint as to how they should be used. If anyone can direct me to an installation drawing or video that is useful I will update this review.

The parts that I purchased were shipped to me with excellent packaging, all accessories and nuts !& bolts, were in separate ziplock bags, the main item was packed with some form that protected it. I have not installed the unit yet. But plan to have it working and allowing 12 volt electricity to all needed areas.
