I did skirt steak and it taste great almost like charcoal maybe the spices help I used fajita and Brazilian steakhouse, then I did short ribs and it was ok but I guess I need a different seasoning for the ribs, also I made some vegetables but it was taking long so I put a pot lid and the steam help it to cook quickly and I have an induction stove, to wash mmm is not that easy but I will try to season it before used next time just like the stains tell

Must have with PIC. This grills my steak so nice. The vegetables are also coming out so nice. The only problem is cleaning the grill after use. For some reason I do not like using soap on the grill, so I have to make sure I have gotten all the very small artifact off the grill. Its fairly easy. Be sure to buy for sure. You are in for a treat.

Love this grill! Using it for the first time I grilled lamb loin chops-first set on sear-then lowered temp to high-(both sides seasoned)..turned over several times-kept an eye on it and then at the last minute or so set on dear again! These came out like Perfect-drip try was empty but glad I set it up just in case-Love this Grill-important to brush a little canola oil on the grill so that the meat doesn't stick-

Absolutely love this. Was looking for something like this but had to order lots of pots that I did not need. When I saw this one, it was perfect. I have done steaks and vegetables on it and it did a great job. My only problem is after I use the grill, I like to put a little water in the pan and scrape off the juice and freeze which stock is for my next batch of soup. Have not mastered how to do that with this pan, but will eventually.

I love the cookware from NuWave, even though it is all a bit pricey. This grill is very heavy and well-made and tends to clean up a bit easier than traditional cast-iron pans I have had in the past - the surface is smoother and easier to clean. I like the little grease-catcher at the end of the grill - it works reasonably well and is a nice addition for an indoor grill top.I have a collection of NuWave cookware now - both saucepans and both of the frying pans as well as the NuWave griddle and they are all 5-star cookware.

5 stars for the results when grilling a good steak, great flavor, looks and tastes like it was cooked on a outdoor gas grill. The time to cook the steak is about the same as on the grill, but with the time to heat up and clean up included the total time is reduced greatly, for example two 12oz Rib Eye Steaks from the time the unit is turned on until they are done (medium) take less than the time required to get my gas grill up to temperature to start cooking. Clean up is less than 2 minutes.1 star for the person (engineer or clerk or kid of the owner) who designed the grease drain in such a way that you can't center the grill on the PIC, resulting in about 25% loss of good cooking space, and more uneven heat than would otherwise be the case. A hole in the side appropriately placed on the perimeter of the grill with a short open top drain spout (molded into the cast iron) out the side to place over a cup, can, or other container under the spout, and a flat Bottom on the grill would have been much better than the current hole in the bottom and bumps on the bottom forcing the whole side of the unit to hang over the edge of the pic. Two medium sized steaks are all that you can fit (ignore the TV add those steaks are tiny) due to this design flaw, otherwise 2 large or three medium steaks would have fit.1+5=6 6/2=3 rating

I eagerly awaited the arrival of this grill for my NuWave PIC, which I absolutely love! The grill has worked well for both steaks and fish, but I kept hearing loud popping noises, which didn't sound good. I discovered that the noise is related to the gouges in the enamel coating on at least 4 (so far) of the ridges. I have only used a temperature of 375 degrees, so it isn't because I used too high a heat temp. I am sure these gouges were not there when it arrived. So far, it appears that the chipping of the enamel isn't going all the way down to the metal, so nothing is rusting or anything, but it makes the surface very rough, instead of the nice shiny surface of the undamaged enamel, which helps the cleaning to be fairly easy. The instructions state that the grill should be cleaned while still hot, or it will make the cleaning process much more difficult. I have followed these instructions, and so far cleaning the grill has been simple. There were no popping noices today, so I am hoping that all of the defective areas are through doing their thing, and there will be no more damage done. The other problem is that the oil drip tray is very difficult to put on and take off. The other issure with the oil tray is that the little feet on the bottom on one side designed to cause the grease to flow to the drip tray are on the same side as the tray, which, of course, has the opposite effect. So far, the meats I have been cooking on the grill have been fat free, so it hasn't been a problem to date.
