I bought this as I wanted to be able to size rings on the rare occasion I wanted to order one but also to fix some small bends in some of the rings we already owned. This does both very well, doesn't feel cheap, and is easy to work with. I highly recommend it.

It works great! I had almost broken my engagement ring trying to fix it with just pliers, thankfully I stopped and purchased this, just gotta get it buffed at the jeweler’s from the scratches I put in it, oof.

The tool does expand the ring. Be aware you may damage the shape of your ring. And also expand the ring so stones that are imbedded may fall out.

The mallet arrived rusted, and the set definitely feels cheap, but I’m only using it in my home to reshape rings. It did the job just fine.

I meant to buy a mandrill that was round all the way around. This one has two flat sides that you have to work around when shaping jewelry. Lemons out of lemonade though, I’ve been able to round and size some of my older jewelry and the ring sizers came in handy when ordering or wedding bands.

I bought this item to fix my wedding band set to make it larger without having to pay a jeweler. This product is easy to use and well worth the price.

Feels really flimsy. I got it to fix a cheap ring that got stepped on. I ended up using it on 3 rings. The mandrel dented, the mallet shredded. Both slightly, but I can imagine how this could be a problem eventually. Also, the mallet handle stinks. It was nice to measure all of my fingers so I can buy rings down the road. That all seems accurate.

I had several precious metal rings that were bent. The oldest ring (10k yellow gold) is 22 years old. The blue topaz ring (14k white gold) is 10 years old. The diamond seal style ring (sterling silver) is 1 1/2 years old. I was VERY nervous because I know nothing about repairing jewelry but I watched a couple help videos on YouTube and voila! I was very careful and now my rings look way better without any damage done. The tools were very easy to use. I haven't used the ring sizer yet. Very happy with my purchase!
