2: Push down on ring guard so it takes the shape of the shank
3: with pliers.in a circular motion,tighten the ring guard arm to your ring’s shank.Repeat for second arm.
4.Final view:Just push up (or down) on the middle band of the ring guard to tighten or loosen it on your finger.

The rubbery curly ring guards are great and are worth three or four stars on their own. The metal ones are near impossible to work with and aren’t comfortable.

While I don't have anything negative to say I do have minor critics. When it comes to the spiral spacers they can cause a small problem after vigorous movement. The spacer tends to unravel. I also tried on a couple of the other options and it was tricky to say the least some of them weren't durable enough to stay in place while sliding the ring on. With that being said I make the best out of this spiral selection.
