This unit is nice looking and the dual zone sounded appealing, however, the zones were small and it doesn't work for my needs. So it has been returned.

Did not get a Users Manual/directions or information on guarantee. There was an URL for information but the option for the Ninja Manual did not work.It took 2 days to figure out how to make toast.
