The box was delivered damaged and when I went to put the grill grill together the grill was so damaged it wouldn’t even open or close.

They say they use stainless burners, but mine rusted almost immediately. After 18 months (and approximately 100-120 times of use, one of them failed. Trying to get warranty replacement burners. Horrible service by Nexgrill. They told me, and I quote: “It’s grilling season, so we can’t get them for you right now.” My answer was two fold:1. Excuse me for wanting to use my POS Nexgrill during grilling season2. If you had used real stainless steel, I would have to bother you to get new burners.I know for a fact that they have burners on the assembly line. Just go get me six of those and ship them. Not hard.My parents have a huge Weber grill, stainless steel, and the REAL stainless burners are only blued a little from heat. No corrosion after 15 or 16 years. Do yourself a favor and spend 4 times more and get a Weber. I’m done buying cheap grills. It’s my own fault for being cheap.

I have had this grill for about 1 year now. I love it. Im pretty good about when grilling to put the cover on, but my husband is not. We haven't had any rust. And this grill just cooks the meat so evenly and and I love it! Still looks great and it is nice and heavy duty. 5 stars for me!

Since this grill cost a little more than some other brands I had higher expectations but now that all of my flame guards/heat tents are falling apart after only 2 years I am pretty disappointed. I know this is common with gas grills, I just expected these to last longer. I hope my burners last long enough to justify spending $500 on a grill. Unless you can make your own heavy duty replacement flame guards like me I suggest either getting the cheapest grill you can and plan to replace it every few years, or save up for something like a Weber.

Nextgrill Customer Support says they recommend a cover, so make sure to order one if you purchase this grill, because the tiny grease pan fills with water each time it rains.

Bought from homedepot!Bought this grill two years ago it has been kept under a enclosed porch and it has completely fell apart. After talking to customer service about warranty which was another hassle, they were going to give me a deal on replacement part ( all grates, all the burners, flavor bars, top rack and the bottom big catch and the protects the propane tank and hoses) well after looking at the the frame it has fell apart so bad that you can not even put, the new burner or grates back in so I'm dead in the water. Will not be buying another nexgrill. Have pics but guess you can't post them.

Grill delivered very quickly. Minor damage to bottom frame, which I straightened (somewhat). Took me about 3 hours to assemble, but (picture) illustrations were very easy to follow. Everything works fine!
