Fit true to size. They work great for my 7 y/o.They are closer to hockey skates then figure skates so if your little one is taking classes, they may not be ideal for long because as the classes progress, there is no pick on the front needed for figure skating but great for beginners!Make sure to get sharpened.My child loves them! And they are super cute. Been using for a few months now.

Erst waren wir skeptisch, Eislaufschuhe die mitwachsen?! ABER, es funktioniert!!!Wir benötigen im Moment die kleinste Größe und die Schuhe sitzen perfekt, das Kind knickt nicht um und hat einen sicheren Stand, somit gibt es dem Kind die nötige Sicherheit um am Eis auch Spaß zu haben.Die Schuhe kann man in vier Größen einstellen, was total einfach funktioniert, sie halten warm und die Verarbeitung passt auch, nur die Verriegelung am Spannverschluss an der Innenseite der Beine macht mir etwas Sorgen, dieser könnte eventuell brechen, da er aus Kunststoff ist, aber mal sehen.Fürs Erste sind wir sehr zufrieden.

My 9-year-old loves rollerblading, so we thought she might get a kick out of having her own ice skates. SHE LOVES THEM! They fit the same as her other skates and the sizing is the same. It has been a pretty easy transition for her. However, for her the best part is how cute they are. BAHAH! So five starts all the way around. Cute, comfortable, size easily, and so so fashionable!

My daughter loved them. She just started taking ice skating lessons last week and the other girls in her class were asking where she got them. Easy to lace and put a strap as well as nice fit around the ankle. Would recommend these skates to family and friends.

I want to preface this by stating I personally don't think these should be used for anything extensive, not even lessons. These should just be used for your child to level up from the ones that they put their entire shoe into or for you to guage if you're child might be interested in more heavy duty ones.These are very well made the velcro seems sturdy enough to support my child while we go around the rink outdoors. The heel of the boot is hard and the heel stationary while the front of the boot slides to accomodate a longer for length just like adjustable roller skates are. The color pops and can be easily matched with other outwear. The blade is covered with a piece of plastic I felt comfortable adjusting the not back and forth with it covered but you should wear gloves for protection at all times and handle with care when going from size to size.I can't say I would highly recommend these but they got my girls and I used to the feel of getting started on ice and look like they'll last long enough for us all to get comfortable enough to level up to more advanced boots.
